Volunteer

For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...

Mark 10:45

As Christians,  we are called to be  like Jesus. Given this, we choose to  serve  God by serving people.
We courage people to serve our church in  several  different ways.
In  doing  so, we are  following Christ's example.
Jesus came to seek, and save that which was lost. In the gospels, we find Jesus, not waiting for the loss to come to him but rather he went to seek and save the lost. Serving  others first should be  our way of life.
We also  believe the church should move first to reach the unchurched.
AFBC maintains, the message remains the same but the method changes; given this, we continue to seek ways to provide outreach to the local and distant communities.
